How long the shipment using Paxel?
1. Intracity delivery
- 10-14 hours* shipment if your package was pick-up before 12.00 noon
- If your package was pick-up after 12.00 noon, the package will be delivered next day
- Please ensure detail information of estimated arrival time when you create shipment through Paxel application
2. Intercity delivery
- > 14 hours* shipment if your package was pick-up before 12.00 noon
- If your package was pick-up after 12.00 noon, the package will be delivered next day
- Please ensure detail information of estimated arrive time when you create shipment through Paxel application
Notes:
* Regarding restrictions (PSBB) in some areas during the Covid-19 epidemic, your delivery has the potential to experience both pick-up and delivery delays.
